I like today's deal - how do I get it?
Just click "BUY" before the offer ends at midnight. If the deal has a tipping point, and the minimum number of people buy the deal, we'll charge your card and send you a link to redeem your Business DailyDeal with the vendor offering the service.

When do I need to use my Business Daily Deal by?
Whenever you like. Unlike traditional daily deal sites, we require our merchants to honor each Business Daily Deal sold. So if you need tax services in six months, and you see an outstanding deal for tax services, you can freely purchase it, and use it when you are good and ready.

I bought a Business Daily Deal - how do I use it?
Once you're charged, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order, and the business offering the deal will also receive a copy. You’ll also receive full contact details for that merchant, and can contact them at any time to redeem your purchase from the merchant.

Am I billed as soon as I join a DailyDealServices.com?
No - you are only charged when you “Buy” a business service.

Is DailyDealServices.com safe?
Yes! Our website is extremely safe. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

Our Business Daily Deals do not expire. Our merchants are legally obligated to honor every service deal offered and purchased through DailyDeal Services.com. And if the merchant for some reason fails to honor their agreement, DailyDealServices.com stands behind it, and will offer you a full refund.
What if the business for my DailyDeal closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Business Daily Deal, we'll make sure you get a 100% refund on your purchase.

I just sent a referral to my business partner - now what?
If your partner makes their first Daily Deal Services purchase within 72 hours from the time they click on the referral link you sent them, we'll send you an email to tell you that we've put $50 worth of credits in your account.

What if the person I refer subscribes to the site - any love for that? Of course! If someone you refer subscribes within 72 hours, you'll receive a $50 credit whenever they make their first purchase.

Can I refer as many people as I want?
